On May 23rd, I started my new role as a User Experience Researcher for Key Lime Interactive, a consulting agency based out of Miami that specializes in customer and user and experiences! It's a big, welcome change from my former life in higher ed. I'm really excited to apply my knowledge of media industries and user-centric research to help shape what some of the leading companies in tech, media, healthcare, and finance are designing.
